All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders..

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Promise Keeper will not be responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. 

Sizing 

Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.

T-Shirts and Pullovers are unisex so they run larger. 

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your Promise Keeper items as much as we do! : All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.
